Users who access such third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective third party's terms.

Where ss19 determines that an account was closed through no fault of the user, any valid account balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the necessary investigations.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
